摘要
基于中国现行公路生态系统评价指标体系,借鉴压力—状态—响应框架模型的思路,构建了公路生态系统评价指标体系的框架模型;通过对公路建设可能造成的生态环境影响分析,以压力指标作为基础指标,从时间和空间两方面的作用确定不同建设阶段的状态、响应度量指标;最后基于压力—状态—响应的因果关系,分析确定其指标体系。该指标体系将压力指标摆在首位,强调了人类活动对生态系统状态的改变,其涵盖面广、综合性强,而且可以评价公路建设各阶段生态系统的状态及采取的减缓措施和恢复技术的效果。
On the basis of the study on the indicator set of the ecological assessment of the highway, by the pressure-state-response framework model,authors set up a framework model of the ecological assessment of the highway. According to analysis of ecological influence to highway construction,authors use pressure indicator as fundamental indicator.Based on the function both time and space,authors set up the indicator set of the assessment on the relation of the pressure-state-response.The pressure is put in first position in the indicator set of the assessment which is used to intensify functions of human activities.It covers a wide range of areas and has a strong comprehensive content. The indicator set of the assessment also can be used to evaluate the state of ecological system and rehabilitate results.
