The Development of IGBT Driving Circuit

根据IGBT对门极驱动电路的要求,设计了两种方案。通过计算机仿真和实验,给出了仿真波形和实验结果,验证了这两种方案的可行性。

In the light of the demand of IGBT, two drive circuits are proposed in this article. Through the computer emulation and experiment, the waveforms of the driving voltage and the experimental result are presented, which proves that the two drive circuits can satisfy the need of IGBT.
