"新公共管理"是20世纪80年代以来伴随着西方公共行政改革而出现的一种新的公共行政理论思潮,反映了当代西方公共行政的发展趋势。新公共管理对于我国正在进行的行政改革具有积极意义。本文分析了"新公共管理"产生的背景、主要内容和观点,最后提出关于我国行政改革的几点建设性意见,旨在有力推动我国行政改革的顺利进行。

The New Public Management is a new theory of public administration appearing since 1980s along with the West Public Administration Reform,which inflects the developmental trend of West Public Administration Reform in the contemporary era.The New Public Management is quite valuable to the administration reform in China.This paper analyses its backgrounds and main viewpoints.And put forward a few constructive concrete enlightening guidance to the administration reform in China.The purpose is to promote the administration reform smoothly in China.
