通过介绍我国人口政策的演变过程及开展计划生育工作以来我国新生儿性别比升高的基本状况,分析新生儿性别比长期偏高可能产生的严重后果并提出防止新生儿性别比偏高的控制措施。

At first this article briefly introduce the evolution course of Chinese population policy and the basic condition of uneven sex rate of infant since Chinese scheming birth has been practiced.Then the author analyse the grievous aftermath which the unbalanced sex birth rate will course.At last the author specially demonstrate the control means which can prevent China from the unbarrased situation.
