摘要
对PET/CDP交织物减量染色重现性差的问题进行探讨 ,认为碱减量工艺不合理是造成含CDP纤维织物重现性差的主要原因。实践证明 ,应采用间歇式碱减量机减量 ,避免采用减量促进剂 ,以防止减量时阳离子型促进剂吸附在织物上 ,造成染色时对阳离子染料的缓染。要注意预定形条件的一致性 ,采用烘干后再定形的工艺 ;控制减量率的一致性 ,提高织物上纤维染色匀染性。
The reason for poor dyeing reproducibility of PET/CDP mixture fabric is caused by unreasonable alkali deweighting process of CDP. In the discontinuous deweighting process, the cationic deweighting promoter absorbed onto the fabric leads to protracted dyeing of cationic dyestuffs, so it should be avoided. It is important for controlling the uniformity of the presetting and deweighting ratio, as well as adopting the process of drying followed by setting. Better pretreatment quality, accurate sampling and strict production management can result in excellent dyeing reproducibility.
