摘要企业家才能的发挥和有效管理是保证中小企业健康发展的重要因素,基于此,本文运用动态演进理论构筑了基于关键事件的企业家学习过程模式,分析了企业家学习行为与学习过程的关系。此外,文章还以我国台湾联冠实业股份有限公司为例,对企业家基于关键事件的触发式非线性学习过程模式作了实证分析。 It is an important project for the theory and practice circle at the moment that makes SMEs grow and develop healthily.Entrepreneurs' talent and effective management are the important element to guarantee SMEs' healthy development.Thus, the process pattern of of entrepreneurs' study of critical affair is put up based on the dynamic evolution theory. And the relationship between the entrepreneurial learning action and learning process is analyzed.Moreover, the article analyzes Taiwan Lianguan Co., Ltd. as a case of pattern on trigger and nonlinear process of entrepreneurial learning in SMEs.
