摘要
结合MBA学员所学管理经济学课程大纲的要求与课程特点,集中5位专家的集体智慧建立了该课程学习质量评价指标分层结构体系,并给出指标相对重要性评价,然后应用层次分析法计算出各指标在管理经济学课程学习质量评定中的权重,进行一致性检验,给出一种评价MBA学员学习质量的科学可行的方法,供评价MBA学员学习其他课程质量时参考。
Combining the outline and characteristics of the course of managerial economics for MBA students and collecting the intelligence of five experts,we have set up the study quality evaluation system for the course and presented the importance of related factors.After calculating the weight of each factor in the evaluation system by Analytic Hierarchy Process and examining the consistency of different aspects,we have demonstrated the scientific and feasible means to evaluate the study quality of MBA students and provided a reference to evaluating process of other MBA courses.
