摘要
基于电荷量子化的事实,给出介观LC电路量子Kirchoff方程及其电荷平均值的量子振荡解,研究电荷离散性对介观LC电路量子回路方程的影响.结果表明,计及电荷具有不连续性的事实,介观LC电路方程发生明显变化.
On the basis of the charge quantization, the quantum kirchoff's equation of the mesoscopic circuit and the vibrative solution of charge mean value are given, the effect of charge discreteness on the quantum loop equation of mesoscopic LC circuit is investigated. The results show that, taking account of the charge discreteness, a evident change occurred for the equation of mesoscopic LC circuit.
