Determination of Prometryn and Isoproturon in WP Mixture by RP-HPLC

本文叙述了采用反相高效液相色谱法即采用甲醇/水并加入适量三乙胺为流动相,C18柱和紫外检测器同柱分离测定扑草净与异丙隆混剂的方法。结果表明,扑草净和异丙隆的标准偏差分别为0.10和0.11;变异系数分别为0.7%和0.3%;平均回收率分别为99.4%和99.5%;线性相关系数分别为0.9997和0.9998。

The quantitative analysis of 50% prometryn- isoproturon WP by reverse phase HPLC was introduced, using methanol and water (60/40) and proper amount of triethylamine (0.01%) as mobile phase, and with C18 column and UV detector. The result shown that the standard deviation for prometryn and isoproturon were 0.10 and 0.11, the variation coefficients were 0.7% and 0.3%, the average recoveries were 99.4% and 99.5%, linear correlation were 0.9997and 0.9998 respectively.
