摘要
水稻纯系干种子搭载返回式卫星诱变 ,于F1代得到变异表达 ,F3 稳定遗传。变异系与同一穗系留地面未经搭载诱变的种子比较 ,每穗实粒数增加 ,结实率提高 ,有效穗和千粒重增加 ,籽粒长宽比与剑叶增长 ,米质变优 ,蛋白质含量提高 ,生育期则向感温性强与感光性强两极分化。经 5代系谱选育 ,育成两个不同生态型的高产、高蛋白质水稻新品种。
Purebred rice seeds is induced by boarding on the return satellite for 15d. The variation is displayed in F 1 and F 3 shows stable heredity. Comparing the varied seeds with the control, the grains of each ear, the productive ear and the seed setting rate all increased. The quality of the rice has improved and the protein of grains has also increased. The growth of the rices goes to the two extremes of being temperature-sensitive and light sensitive. After five generations of selective breeding, two new varieties of rice finally bred, which are of two different ecotypes and high protein contained and high yield.
