摘要 基于压气机性能方程推导出一种新的压气机级的数学模型 ,用Modelica语言和Dymola编译器建立了压气机级模型 ;基于此压气机级的建模环境 ,开发了压气机系统仿真程序。其灵活的面向对象的体系结构允许任何压气机系统结构在Win dows2 0 0 0 /XP平台下使用一个运行有在线帮助的用户交互式的友好的拖放界面进行仿真。仿真结果表明 ,这种方法不仅易于仿真复杂的压气机系统 ,而且能实现非设计转速小流量工况下的性能仿真 ,且只要雷诺数充分大 。 A new mathematical model for compressor stage is deduced based on the compressor stage equations. According to this mathematics model, a computer simulation model is built by using the multidisciplinary object-oriented modeling language Modelica and Dymola compiler. Compressor system simulation program has been developed, which is based on this compressor stage modeling environment. Its flexible object-oriented architecture allows transient simulation of any compressor system configuration using a user-friendly drag & drop interface with on-line help running under Windows2000/XP. The method is validated by the simulation results of the performance of compressor examples, which can easily simulate complex compressor system even in small flux. In practice, these models can be correlated in this way as long as the Reynolds number is sufficiently large.
