摘要
目的 建立一种较为简易的孔源性视网膜脱离动物模型。方法 18只成年白兔 ,除 2只 4眼作为对照外 ,余 16只 32眼均分为 8组作为实验组 ,在间接检眼镜直视下 ,用 5 0nm玻璃微管在下方 6 :0 0赤道部位视网膜造孔后 ,注射 0 .5mL生理盐水于视网膜下间隙 ,术后观察眼底、B型超声检查和术后 0 .5、1、3、6、2 4h和 3、7、14d摘除眼球作组织学观察。结果 实验组兔眼术后均发生孔源性视网膜脱离 ,可见视网膜呈灰白色隆起。 2眼玻璃体出血 ,1眼晶状体后囊损伤 ;视网膜脱离范围 3:0 0~ 9:0 0达 5 0 %以上。视网膜脱离维持 2~ 14d。组织学切片显示 ,7d视网膜色素上皮细胞增生肥大和炎症细胞浸润 ,14d组可见视网膜自行复位的视网膜色素上皮多层化改变。结论 此方法简便易行 ,模型稳定、可靠。
Objective To establish a simplified animal mode l of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment(RRD). Methods Thirty-two eyes (16 rabbits were divided int o 8 groups at random) of 18 white rabbits except 4 eyes being set as controls, u nder an indirect ophthalmoscope, were injected 0.5mL saline into sub-retinal ga p with a pipette made of glass with a flat tip in 50μm diameter, an d observed m orphological changes after the surgery,including ocular fundus observation, B-s can ultrasound examination and pathological changes. Results The retinal detachme nt showed in all 32 eyes of 16 experimental rabbits, including 2 eyes with vitre ous heamorrhage,1 eye with injury of lens posterior capsule. The detached sco pe was from 3 to 9 o'clock or over a half of retina. The detached retina remain for 2 to 14 days, some proliferative RPE cells in 7 days group, there were some p oly-layer RPE cells in 14 days group of spontaneous reattachment occurring and sub-retinal membrane in one eye with detached retina for 14 days. Conclusion The m ethod of the rabbit animal model is convenient, stable and reliable.
