摘要
目的 研究烟毒性弱视的图形视觉诱发电位的变化。方法 检验对象为 36例 72眼烟毒性弱视患者 ,视力数指~ 0 .8,眼科常规检查无明显病变。检测条件 :视刺激为黑白棋盘格 ,空间频率 1°2 2′视角 ,时间频率 2 .9Hz ,对比度10 0 % .结果 72眼中 32眼P VEP无波 ,4 0眼P10 0潜伏期延迟。结论 研究说明图形视觉诱发电位是诊断烟毒性弱视特别是早期眼底正常的一种好方法。
Objective To investigate the visual evoked pote ntial of amblyopia due to tobacco toxin. Methods The series of 36 patients (72 eyes) with toba cco amblyopia were reviewed. The visual acuity of patients was between counter f i nger and 0.8, and the normal examinations were appeared obvious disorders. Visua l evoked potentials were elicited from the visual cortex in response to reversin g checkerboard patterns on a television screen. The entire screen subtended an a ngle of 1°22′.Time frequency was 2 9Hz, and checker squares were presented at 100% contrast. Results Thirty-two eyes were absent P100 waves, and forty eyes had a P100 latency greater than 110ms. Conclusion P-VEP is an good measure to diagnose amblyo pia due to tobacco toxin in particular whose fundus of eyes is normal early.
