LASIK中瓣下冲洗与开放式大冲洗对角膜早期并发症的影响

Effect of subcornea wash and opening wash of LASIK on early syndrome of cornea

目的 比较LASIK术中 2种不同冲洗方法对角膜早期并发症的影响。方法 选取 18～ 5 0岁无手术禁忌症的近视患者 2 5 6例 5 0 7眼 ,A组用瓣下冲洗完成手术 132例2 6 1眼 ,B组用开放式大冲洗完成手术 12 4例 2 4 6眼。结果瓣下冲洗术后板层角膜炎发生率为 10 % ,层间异物残留发生率为 18% .而开放式大冲洗的板层角膜炎发生率、层间异物残留率分别为 1.6 %、4 .5 % ,统计学分析差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 开放式大冲洗能降低LASIK术后的角膜早期并发症。

Objective To compare the effect of two differen t wash methods on early syndrome of cornea in LASIK. Methods Two hundred and fifty-six cases (507 eyes),no disimpli ations,were divided into two groups:A group 132 cases(261 eyes) use subcornea wash;B group 124 cases (246 eyes) use opening wash. Results A group Sahara syndrome in 10%,remnants eyewinker in 1 8%;But B group Sahara syndrome in 1.6%,remnants eyewinker in 4.5%.Statistical a nalysis show obvious difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Opening wash can diminish postoperative early syndro me of cornea in LASIK.
