摘要
Fas分子及其配体FasL作为细胞凋亡相关基因产物 ,以其基本功能在多种生理病理过程中发挥重要作用。现已发现它们在包括眼部在内的多处免疫赦免部位都有基础性表达。在角膜 ,Fas系统的基础性表达是维持角膜免疫赦免状态的重要机制之一 ,它们与其他调节因子相互协调与制约 ,共同影响甚至决定着某些角膜疾病的发生及其转归。充分掌握Fas系统的功能与特性 ,将有助于我们揭示某些疾病的发生机制并制定临床防治方案。
As the products of apoptosis associated genes, Fas and Fas ligand (F asL) play important roles in extensive physiologic and pathologic progress. Now it has being shown that they are constitutively expressed on many tissues and or gans which enjoy immune privilege. In cornea, Fas and FasL are critical for main taining the function of corneal immune privilege. They also have tightly relatio nships with other regulative factors which are mutually harmonious but also rest rictive. If we discover the functions and characterizations of Fas and FasL comp letely, it would contribute us to explain some diseases' pathogens and make prop er therapeutic project.
