钕掺杂对TbFeCo薄膜磁光性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用射频磁控溅射方法制备了非晶磁光 ,并在TbFeCo中引入Nd ,以提高薄膜的本征克尔角。测试了薄膜的磁光性能 ,研究了薄膜成分对其磁光性能的影响。结果表明 ,在TbFeCo薄膜中掺入一定量的Nd ,可显著提高薄膜的磁光性能 ,薄膜的磁光克尔 (Kerr)角可达 0 47°,矫顽力可达 3 .4× 10 5A·m- 1 。但Nd的掺入量过高 。 The amorphous TbFeCo magneto optical thin films were r.f. magnetron sputtered onto glass substrate. The light rare earth neodymium (Nd) was introduced into these TbFeCo alloys in an attempt to increase the intrinsic polar Keer rotation. Magneto optical characteristics of these films was measured and the influences of composition on magneto optical properties of the amorphous films were investigated. Results show that magneto optical characteristics of films improves with some Nd content in the new films. The Keer angle of the amorphous TbFeCoNd thin film is 0 47°, and coercivity H C is 3 4×10 5 A·m -1 . However, the deterioration of magneto optical characteristics is also shown to be a result of more Nd substitution.
