摘要
制备了一系列添加稀有金属氧化物MxOy(M =Zr ,Nb ,Pr,Sm ,Tb ,Yb)的钼 铋催化剂。研究了反应温度、异丁烯在原料气中的浓度、稀有金属在催化剂中的比例、稀有金属的种类对催化剂活性的影响 ,找出了最佳反应条件。用XRD等方法对催化剂进行了表征。实验证明 ,添加稀有金属氧化物显著提高了催化剂的活性及甲基丙烯醛的选择性。在含有稀有金属氧化物的钼 铋催化剂中 ,物种之间存在着强烈的协同作用 。
MoO 3 Bi 2O 3 catalysts doped several rare metals were prepared and characterized by XRD and other technique. Effects of reaction temperature, concentration of isobutene in reaction gases, different x and rare metals oxides on catalytic performance of Mo Bi O catalysts were studied. The conversion of isobutene and the selectivity to methacrolein were improved observably by adding rare metals to the Mo Bi O catalyst, and the optimal reaction conditions were found. A strong synergy existed between the different components of MoO 3 Bi 2O 3 catalysts, which may be the main reason that catalytic performance is improved obviously.
