玻片凝集法检测丰产鲫细菌性败血症病原菌CSS-4-2的研究

摘要 应用玻片凝集法对CSS 4 2菌株的全菌抗原进行检测 ,其最低检出水平为 10 8cells/mL。玻片凝集法对 2 2尾人工感染CSS 4 2菌株临死的或有明显症状的丰产鲫的肝、脾、肾组织分离菌的阳性检出率为10 0 % ;而对 12尾人工感染CSS 4 2菌株未显症状丰产鲫的肝、脾、肾组织分离菌的阳性检出率为 80 .5 %。 Slide agglutination method was used to detect the whole cell antigen of the bacteria strain CSS-4-2. The minimum detection level of slide agglutination was separately 108 cells/mL. When the pathogenic bacteria isolated from the liver,spleen and kidney tissues of 22 moribund death or distinctly diseased fishes which were artificially infected with the strain CSS-4-2 were detected, the positive rate of slide agglutination method for isolate bacteria was 100%.However, the positive rate was 80.5% for 12 subclinically diseased fishes which were also artificially infected with the strain CSS-4-2.;
