摘要 对 2 0 0 0年初至 2 0 0 2年底 6 30 6例浙江地区疑似尿路感染 (UTI)患者尿液标本进行了细菌及真菌分离培养和药敏试验。上述标本中 ,革兰阳性菌、革兰阴性菌和真菌的检出率分别为 6 .5 % ,13.6 %和10 .1% ,其中真菌阳性检出率超过革兰阳性菌居第二位。粪肠球菌和白假丝酵母菌分别成为UTI的优势革兰阳性菌和真菌。所试验的革兰阳性菌、革兰阴性菌和真菌分别对亚胺培南、万古霉素、制霉菌素的耐药率最低。不同细菌耐药性有较大差异 ,多重耐药在表皮葡萄球菌及多数受试的革兰阴性菌中为普遍现象。上述实验结果提示 ,近年浙江地区UTI病原菌的种类已发生明显的变迁 ,耐药性也日趋严重。 In this study,6 306 cases of urine specimens from patients suspiciously suffering from urinary tract infection (UTI) in Zhejiang area during the beginning of 2000 to the end of 2002 were performed for isolation of bacteria and fungi and drug resistance. The positive rates of gram positive, gram negative and fungi in the specimens were 6.5%, 13.6% and {10.1%}, respectively. It was noticed that fungi became the second UTI causing agent replacing gram positive bacteria. Of the isolated microbes, Enterococcus foecalis and Candida tropicalis were the dominant bacterium and fungus, respectively. For the tested gram positive, gram negative and fungi, drug resistance rates of imipenem, vancomycin and mycostatin were the lowest. Big differences of drug resistance among the various microbes were found, and multiple drug resistance in Staphylococcus epidermidis and most of the tested gram negative bacteria were frequently present. The results of this study indicated that bacteria causing UTI in Zhejiang area were obviously varied and drug resistance in the microbes was gradually more serious.;
