三株杀粘虫放线菌的分类鉴定 被引量:16

Isolation and Identification of Three Actinomycete Strains with Strong Insecticidal Activity for Armyworm

摘要 菌株YIM31331、YIM31333、YIM3135 5是从云南省丽江、中甸采集的土壤样品中分离得到的具有产杀粘虫活性物质菌株。根据其形态学特征、生理生化特性及 16SrDNA序列分析结果 ,认为菌株YIM 31331属于链霉菌属的Streptomycessubrutilus,YIM31333属于指孢囊菌属Dactylosporangiumaurantiacum ,YIM3135 5属于链孢囊菌属Streptospor angiumvulgare。 Actinomycete strains YIM 31331,YIM 31333,YIM 31355, which had strong insecticidal activity for armyworm,Mythimna separata (Walker),were isolated from the soil samples collected from Lijiang and Zhongdian,Yunnan Province. Based on the polyphasic studies, including its morphology, physiological and biochemical characteristics, chemotaxonomy and 16S rDNA sequence analysis, them were proposed as known species of genus Streptomyces,Dactylosporangium and Streptosporangium namely Streptomyces subrutilus(YIM31331),Dactylosporangium aurantiacum(YIM31333),Streptosporangium vulgare(YIM31355).
