摘要 利用无锡市安镇的FACE研究平台 ,在当地正常的栽培及水肥管理条件下 ,研究了CO2 浓度升高对稻麦轮作 0~ 5cm和 5~ 10cm土层土壤微生物数量的影响 .结果表明 ,在水稻拔节期、小麦越冬期与成熟期的 0~ 5cm和 5~ 10cm土层中 ,FACE处理能显著增加土壤细菌的数量 .CO2 浓度升高对土壤真菌数量的影响 ,只有在水稻成熟期 0~ 5cm土层达显著水平 ,其余均不显著 .无论稻季和麦季土壤细菌的数量都远远高于真菌 . The effect of CO 2 enrichment on soil microbial biomass in 0~5 cm and 5~10 cm soil layers under rice -wheat rotation was studied under the conditions of routine cultivation,irrigation and fertilization.The results showed that FACE treatment could significantly increase the amount of soil bacteria in 0~5 cm and 5~10 cm soil layers during rice jointing stage and wheat wintering and ripening stages.Elevated CO 2 only significantly increased the amount of soil fungi in 0~5 cm soil layer during rice ripening stage.During the whole period of rotation,the amount of soil bacteria was greater than that of soil fungi.
