摘要
以亚麻针刺非织造布为增强基 ,采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑法制作复合材料 ,研究了不同针刺工艺对亚麻非织造布及其复合材料力学性能的影响。通过扫描电镜和体式显微镜分别对复合材料的拉伸断面和弯曲断痕进行了观察 ,并分析了它们的破坏模式。结果表明 :采用平行铺网或交叉铺网制成的 660 .4g/m2 的针刺毡 ,均可在一定的针刺密度下 ,使其复合板的拉伸强度、弯曲强度达到国内天然增强材料及普通工程塑料的水平。
Needle felt reinforced composite plates were prepare d using RTM method. The effect of needlepunching process on the mechanical prope rties of the composites were investigated. The tensile of and bending fractured sur fac es were studied using SEM and stereomicroscope and the fracture mechanism was an alyzed. It was found that using parallel- or cross-laid needle felts with a ce rta in puncture density, the composite plates(660.4 g/m2) achieved high tensil e and bending strengths, which were compared with those of composites of enginee ring plastics reinforced with natural fibers.
