摘要
对注塑结晶性塑料平板的冷却问题进行了分析。注塑结晶性塑料平板的冷却模型实质是伴有相变的不稳定一维导热。通过Neumann方法求得了这一模型冷却时间的数值解 ,并与其他方法进行了比较。
The cooling process of injection molded crystalline pl astic slabs was studied. A cooling model for injection molded slabs of crystalli ne plastics in the region of finite thickness was created, which allowed the com parison between Neumann's approach and the experiential formula. The cooling tim e obtained using Neumann's, Stefan's, integral approach and experiential values were compared.
