摘要
以十二烷基硫酸钠和正戊醇为复合乳化剂,配置了含有N-马来酰基-L-丙氨酸和甲基丙烯酸甲酯的水包油(O/W)型微乳液。用过硫酸钾引发该体系进行微乳液共聚。用元素分析法确定了共聚物中氮含量与单体组成之间的关系,进而计算出N-马来酰基-L-丙氨酸的竞聚率r1=0.107、甲基丙烯酸甲酯的竞聚率r2=2.20;并计算出N-马来酰参-L-丙氨酸单体活性值Q1=0.54、单体极性值e1=1.6。研究了引发剂的用量、反应温度对共聚反应的影响以及单体配比对共聚速率的影响。讨论了单体组成、温度、序列长度等对共聚物旋光性的影响。
By using sodium dodecyl sulfate ( SDS) and pentanol (PTL) as emulsifier, the oil - in - water microemulsion containing N - maleoy - L - alanine (AMI) and methyl methacrylate ( MMA) was prepared. Microemulsion copolymerization was carried out in ampoules with potassium persulfate (KPS) as initiator. Composition of copolymers was determined by elemental analysis. Monomer reactivity ratios( r1,r2) and alfrey-price Q ,e values were determined as follows: r1 = 0.107 and r2 = 2.20, Q1 =0.54 and e1 = 1.6,respectively. Effects of concentration of initiator, reaction temperature on the copolymerization and effect of monomer ration on rate of copolymerization were discussed. Chiral optical properties of copolymers had been investigated.
