摘要
针对间甲酚装置粗丙酮塔操作难以稳定、不能满足分离要求的问题,结合粗丙酮塔精馏物系的特点,采用AS-PEN模拟软件对其分离过程进行了模拟分析和研究,提出了适宜的分离工艺方案和操作条件,在此基础上对原塔进行了技术改造。改造后,塔顶产品馏分中间甲酚的质量分数小于等于0.5%,塔釜流股中轻烃质量分数小于等于0.5%,满足了分离要求,同时精馏塔的操作稳定性得到了明显提高。
To solve the problems of unsteady operation of original crude acetone tower in a m -cresol plant and its products being unable to meet the requirement of separation, simulation and analysis for the distillation process was carried out by using Aspen Plus. The tower was revamped according to the obtained feasible operation conditions. After modification,the mass fraction of m -cresol in the top stream is ≤0.5% , total mass fraction of light hydrocarbons in the bottom stream is ≤0.5 % , which satisfy the requirement of separation, and the processing capability is greatly improved.
