摘要
目的 去甲氧柔红霉素是一种新的蒽环类抗癌药。方法 用去甲氧柔红霉素治疗老年 (≥ 6 0岁 )血液肿瘤患者 6例。结果 6例患者均获得明显疗效 ,且不良反应较小。结论 在条件许可时 ,老年血液肿瘤患者选用含去甲氧柔红霉素的联合化疗 ,可能具有疗效好、不良反应小的优势。
Objective To analyse the effects of idarubicin on hematologic malignancy elderly patients.Method Six elderly patients (≥60years)with hematologic malignancy were treated using the chemotherapy programs mainly containing idarubicin,and the virtue and the side effects of the idarubicin were observed.Results All patients obtained satisfactory treatment purpose,and the side effects were not severity.Conclusion Idarubicin is the favorable on the compound chemotherapy for the elderly patients with hematologic malignant.
