摘要
目的 研究双侧椎动脉颈段完全栓塞后对颈髓血流的影响。方法 结扎兔双侧C6～C7处椎动脉 ,分别在术后 4、8、2 4h和 7d观察兔的行为学、细胞形态学的变化 ,并采用激光多普勒血流测定仪测定颈髓血流的改变。结果 术后 4、8、2 4h组颈髓血流量明显下降 ,病理学呈急性缺血性改变 ,而 7d组未见明显异常。结论 椎动脉供血区颈髓血流量减少是导致相应区域急性缺血损伤的重要原因 ,但其后期代偿路径、代偿机制有待进一步研究。
Objective To study the blood stream change of cervical spinal cord after complete embolism in the rabbit bilateral vertebral artery trachelo-portion.Methods Vertebral artery of rabbits were ligated at C 6,C 7 segment bilaterally,behavior and cell morphology transformation of the cervical spinal cord were observed by 4h,8h,24h and 7d while blood stream changes of cervical spinal cord were detected with laser Doppler flowmetry.Results Acute ischemia changes were showed by 4h,8h and 24h,and the blood flow of cervical spinal cord decreased markedly.Conclusion Blood obstruction of bilateral vertebral artery in short term is important in ischemic injuries,but compensation path and mechanism of blood supply lately needs more research.
