2型糖尿病患者急性时相蛋白与动脉粥样硬化的关系 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨 2型糖尿病患者急性时相蛋白与动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法 将受试者共分为 4组 :正常组 ,非糖尿病动脉粥样硬化组 ,2型糖尿病非动脉粥样硬化组 ,糖尿病动脉粥样硬化组 ,进行临床生化指标的分析及与CRP的比较。通过多元回归分析寻找各组间临床生化指标与CRP的相关性。结果  4组间性别、年龄、体重指数无显著性差异 ,具有可比性。各组间血压、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 ,CRP水平比较 ;糖尿病动脉粥样硬化组、糖尿病非动脉粥样硬化组及非糖尿病动脉粥样硬化与正常组比较差异显著。糖尿病动脉粥样硬化组、非糖尿病动脉粥样硬化组与糖尿病非动脉粥样硬化之间无显著性差异。多元回归分析发现CRP与BMI、高血压、TC、TG、LDL呈正相关性。结论 CRP是 2型糖尿病发病的危险因素 ,可能是较强的预测因子。CRP在 2型糖尿病动脉粥样硬化病变发生中无特异性作用 ,是动脉粥样硬化发生的危险性因素。
