种植体与骨组织界面活体生物力学实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了对种植体与骨组织界面进行有关的生物力学研究,本实验采用树脂—羟磷灰石复合材料制成牙根状种植体,手术植入狗下颌牙槽窝内。植入术后1、2、4、8周,采用应变电测法活体测量种植体处颌骨表面的应变值。结果是随着植入时间增加,所测得的种植体处颌骨表面的应变值也相应增加。这提示了种植体与骨组织界面对压力的传导性在不断增强。结论:在种植早期,具有良好生物相容性的种植体与骨界面的骨结合强度随时间性(bime-mather)在不断地增加。 In order to carry on the biomechanical research of interface between implan and bo tissue, the dental - nd shaped implan was made of EME - HAp composited material and was implanted into dog's inferioralveolar bone by operation. Afer post impaned 1, 2,4, and 8 weeks, the stran values of manible surfaceat implanted area were measured by the method of strain - gauge in vivo. Result was that the strainvalues of mandible were increased with Ihe incresed postimplanted time. That was suggested conductivity ofpressure on interface between impant and bon tissue was strengthened continuously. The conclusion wasthat the strength of osteoconnecton on interface between bon tissue and good biocompatible twlant wasincreased with time - manner at early tenn of postimplantation.
