Approach the Problems and Complications in the Prostheses with Brnemark Osseointegrated Implants

323枚Brnemark种植体植入148名缺牙病员颌骨内：观察时间1周-32个月，19枚种植体在Ⅱ期手术前脱落。早期骨整合率上颌为97.3％（n＝150），下颌为91.3％（n＝173）；214枚种植体已作冠、桥、可摘覆盖义齿修复，修复体共123件。所见问题主要有：适应征选择受价格影响；少数种植体因位置不佳影响修复效果而成为sleeper；金属预制帽（goldcylinder）铸造时易熔；单冠旋转松动；修复后种植体松动；前牙美观及菌斑附着问题等。本文对种植早期失败问题，前牙美观问题，修复各期出现的问题及解决办法进行了讨论。

323 Branemark osseointegrated implants (provided by Nobelpharma Co. ) inserted the edontulous areas of 148 patients. They are 17 - 72 years old, 85 males, and 63 females, for 1 week to 50 months; 19 implants were droped- out before the second operation. The rate of early successes of maxilary is 97. 3%(n = 150), and of mandibular is 91. 3% (n = 173). 214 implants have been used for supporting 123 prostheses. The problems and complications were: (1 )The price have eff ected to select indications; (2) There were 3. 2% (n = 221 ) sleepers becouse the implants' seat and direction were not for esthetic or functions; (3)Abutment screw loosed; (4) implants loosed after restoration for half a year (1 .4% n = 214); (5) The problems of estheics of anterior teeth and hygene, etc. This article approched the early fails, esthetics;prevening and resolting the complications of prostheses with osseointegrated implants.
