种植过渡性修复体的种类与其在愈合期疗效的关系

The Effect of Temporary Dental Prosthesis in Healing Phase of Implantation

本文通过对牙种植术后截用的47讲过渡性修复体的复查，采用多指征方法评价分析各类修复体在愈合期的疗效及其之间的关系。结果提示：在病员的满意度方面，固定过渡性修复体优于可摘义齿；但在牙龈出血及菌班牙石指征方面则相反；戴用单冠或联冠对种植体在愈合期形成早期稳固有一定影响。从种植义齿的远期疗效考虑，由于牙种植体的松动情况及其周围粘膜的健康状态在选择过渡性修复体方面起着决定性作用，应先选择可摘义齿，其次采用与天然牙相连的固定桥形式，最后才用联冠或单冠。

47 tempoop dental prostheses after implantment were surveyed and their effect in the healing phase was e-valuated. The results show that the patients with the fixed temporary prostheses feel more comfortable than thatwith the removable ones,but the gingival bleeding and calculus/plaque index from them show unfvorable; thecrown only on implant post is not disadvantagoous to the primary stability of dental implant. With regard to thelong-term effect of implant and gingival health around implant in the healing peried are very important toselect the temporary prostheses.It is concluded from the results that removable temporary prostheses should befirstly selected, and than the fixed temporary bridges related with nature teeth, finally the crowns only on im-plant.
