摘要
本研究借助CT扫描成象及ANSYS软件建立了叶状种植体支持的全下颌牙种植固定义齿三维有限元模型。比较分析对在集中、均布加载下,义齿及支持骨内的应力分布。结果提示,集中加载较均布加载的支持骨内应力有明显增大,支架中金塑结合处的应力集中较明显,提示临床设计中应注意力的分散。
In this study a three dimensional finite element model of complete blade implant-supported fixed prosthesis of the mandible was developed aided by CT scan and ANSYS software. Stress analysis was made under different loading conditions.The results showed concentrate loading caused higher shes in melalresin interface region of the framework. It indicated in clinical designing attention should be payed to avoid overload and concentrate load.
