摘要
作者自１９９２年以来为３７６例患者施行人工牙种植术，共植入６２５枚ＣＤＩＣ牙种植体，修复了８１８个牙单位的种植义齿。病例中男性２５５例，女性１２１例，年龄最大７３岁，最小１５岁。失败病例２２例。经过３－４０个月临床观察，成功率为９４．２％。本文主要对适应症的选择、手术方法、种植义齿修复，临床并发症等作了讨论，并对２２例失败原因进行了分析。
Since 1992, 625 implants had been implanted to 376 cases by the author. 255 cases were male and 121were female. After 3-40 months clinical follow up, the succes rate is 94%. Among them there were 22 failured cases.The author mainly introduced the selection of indication, the clinical complication,the handling of the operation and the restoring Of the implant denture, and has analysed the failure causes of 22 cases.
