摘要 进入21世纪,随着国际化程度的加强、科学技术的发展和终身教育的推广,教师教育呈现出多元化、高学历化、专业化和一体化的发展趋势。顺应教师教育的发展趋势,传统的师范教育要进行改革,集中体现在提升办学层次、拓宽办学渠道、优化课程结构及变学历教育为学历与资格教育。 In 21stcentury, with the development of science and technology, and popularization of life-long education, teachers'cultivation is demonstrating these development trends as pluralization, specialization, integration, being-well-educated and other tendencies, meanwhile, in answering the enhancement of the degree of internationalization. To go with the tide of these trendes, reforms must be carried on the traditional program of teachers'cultivation. These reforms are embodied in the following:to improve the level of school management, to widen the channel in running a school, to optmize the structure of courses and to turn the learn-for-academic credential educational program into the program characterized by credential and qualification.
