海南在泛珠三角的合作中,首先应该加强自己的优势产业,这是海南在泛珠三角进行合作的基础。其次,应该充分利用CEPA之后香港等地进行产业调整的机会,主动接受这些地区转移出来的劳动密集型产业,加强海南的工业。在合作的过程中,要进一步加强与泛珠三角合作区内的龙头进行合作,促进互利共赢。另外,要充分发挥海南的海空交通优势,使之成成为泛珠三角与东盟合作的战略跳板。

Hainan's development in PPRD cooperation should focus on the following aspects. Firstly, the leading industries of Hainan province should be strengthened, which is the foundation of the cooperation. Secondly, labor-intensive industries transferred from Hong Kong can be taken over to boost its industry. Cooperation with neighboring regions should be intensified for mutual benefit. Besides, the cutting edge of marine and air transportation should be put into full play to expand cooperation with ASEAN.
