长江中游平原及江淮地区农业资源优势与综合农业基地建设

Advantage of Agriculture Resource and Construction of Comprehensive Farming Base in Plain of Middle Reaches of Changjiang River and ChangjiangHuaihe River Valleys

长江中游平原及江淮地区是我国八大综合农业区之一,农牧渔各业生产在全国有举足轻重的地位。文章在分析本区农业资源优势和存在问题的基础上,提出了长江中游平原应加强以防洪为重点的水利建设,努力实现平衡增产和优质高产,巩固提高全国性的粮、棉、肉、鱼商品生产基地;江淮地区应加强水土治理和山丘、水面、滩涂资源的开发,以粮棉油为重点,积极发展畜禽、水产、蚕桑和乡镇企业。

The plain of middle reaches of Changjiang River and ChangjiangHuaihe River valleys is one of the eight comprehensive farming regions in China. Its agriculture,herd and fishing producing has very important positions in the whole country.In this paper,the agriculture resource advantage and existiog problem is discussed.On the basic some suggestions are brought forward:in the plain of middle reaches of Changjiang River the irrigation works with emphasis on preventing flood should be stregthened;the increase of yied with its balance and high yield with good quality should be realized,nationwide production base of grain,cotton,meat and fish should be strengthened.In ChangjiangHuaihe River valleys,the control of water and soil and the exploitation of massif surface and beach should be strengthened.Take grain,cotton,oil as the focal point,develop livestock,marine lives,silkworm and township business in actively.
