摘要
西北地区是我国经济欠发达地区,生态环境十分严酷,应西部大开发的战略要求,保护生态,实现社会经济与生态恢复同步发展已成为西北地区当前和以后相当长一段时期的主要任务,面对中国小康社会建设目标和农业现代化要求,发展草畜产业一体化生态经济农业将是西北地区经济发展的战略选择,以草畜产业为基础的生态经济农业必将成为西北地区可持续发展的主要途径。
Northwest Region is the not enough development area in China.The entironment is terribly asperity.According to the request of the comprehensive development of western in China,the important task is to protect ecological entironment and realize the development of society economy and ecology regeneration together for a long time in Northwest Region.Facing the aims of welltodo life and the request of agricultural modernization,it is strategic choice of economy development which to develop the ecologicaleconomy agriculture by one developmental system both prataculture and stock raising in Northwest China.Ecologicaleconomy agriculture based on prataculturre and stock raising would be the important approach to the sustained development of Northwest Region.
