摘要
作为执政理念的“以人为本”原则 ,其内涵已有中央解释。这一原则有深厚渊源 ,但理论基础是马克思的历史观。这一历史观所指的人是“现实的人” ;所论述的人的历史地位指明 :人是历史的创造者 ,又是历史的目的 ,历史的发展正在指向“以每个人的全面而自由的发展为基本原则的社会形式”。在这一历史观看来 ,“以人为本”之“本” ,一指“本体” ,二指“本根” ,三指价值“本位”。“以人为本”与“以人民为本”、“以民为本”均存在历史和现实的差异 ,必须据此校正对于马克思历史观的理解 ;“以人为本”与“以物为本”、“以神为本”、“以钱为本”是对立的 ,后几个“为本”均是唯心史观的表现 ,必须加以批判。当前“以人为本”原则 ,必须确立“人是目的”和“人是动力”
As the administrative concept,the meaning of “Human-centered” or “Human oriented”Concept has already been explained by the Central Committee of the CPC.This principle has its profound origin,but its theoretical basis is Marx's Concept of Historical Subject.In Marx's concept of Histroical Subject,human is referred to as “real-life person” and human's historic position discussed therein indicates that human is not only the creator of history but also the objective of history and the development of history is inclined to the social form taking every person's whole and free development as basic principle.According to Marx's Concept of Historical Subject,“Human-centered” means human should be treated as the “reality”,“foundation” and “standard of value”.The difference between “Human-centered” and “People-centered” as well as “Masses-centered” is just like the difference between history and reality,so we must correct the understanding of Marx's Concept of Historical Subject on this ground.“Human-centered” is opposite to “material-centered”,“God-centered” and “money-centered”.The latter two concepts are both representation of idealism and must be criticized.The current“Human-centered” principle should build the double humanity concept of “Human is objective” and “Human is motive force”.
