脑瘤的动脉内化疗

Intraarterial chemotherapy for brain tumors

目的:探讨恶性脑瘤化疗的途径及治疗效果。方法:对12例恶性脑瘤病人术后用宁德朗(ACNU)经动脉内注射。结果:平均随访时间14.8个月,生存时间12.5个月。临床检查和计算机体层摄影(CT)复查,肿瘤全部消失者2例,肿瘤缩小者4例,神经症状稳定者4例,无效者2例。结论:恶性脑瘤手术后进行动脉内化疗可以延长病人生命,提高生活质量。

Try to find an effective chemothera-peutic way for the treatment of malignant brain tumors. Method:Twelve cases of malignant brain tumor had been treated by intraarterial chemotherapy with ACNU after operation. Result :All of the 12 patients were followed up for an average of 14.8 months, the average survival time was 12. 5 months. CT scanning showed thai in two patients the tumors were disappeared, four of them the tumor size were decreased, four patients the clinical condition were stable and rwo patients without effect. Conclusion:The malignant brain tumor after operation should be treated with intraarterial chemotherapy, in order to prolonge the survival time, and improve the life quality.
