摘要
目的:介绍我院验证SRS 200X-刀二次等中心系统的方法及结果。方法:采用胶片法,通过测量中心点上钨球影像在各个方向上的偏差计算误差。结果:SRS 200X-刀二次等中心系统的等中心误差均小于0.3mm,且越靠近座标原点,误差越小。等中心系统的稳定性非常高。结论:SRS 200机械等中心精度均已达到立体定向放射外科治疗的质量控制要求。
This article introduces the methods and results of verification of SRS 200 X-knife isocemer subsystem in our hospital. Method: Measure the distance and orientation of steel ball pointer shadow deviating from the isocenter on the exposed film. Result: Deviations of isocenter of SRS 200 X-knife isocenter subsystem are no more than 0. 3 mm on every position. The deviation becomes smaller as the position comes near the center of this system. The stability of this isocenter subsystem is excellent. Conclusion: All results indicate that the accuracy of this mechanical isocenter subsystem had come up to the standard of quality control of X-knife.
