当前社会 ,行政责任已日益成为一个引人注目的问题 ,行政责任的承担与否 ,直接关系到政府的效率、能力与威信等等。治理行政责任缺失的对策是 :加强行政责任体制建设 ,构建行政责任监督机制 ,加强行政责任制的立法 。

In local society, administration duty has become an attracting problem. Undertaking of administration duty or not directly influences the government’s efficiency, ability , dignity and so on. The countermeasures are following: strengthening the building of responsibility system and the legislation of it, establishment of supervision system and the view of administration duty.
