Thinking on university students'vocational development planning

论述了高等学校应遵循职业发展理论和模式 ,在大学期间 ,对学生进行有针对性的指导。同时 ,论述了大学生职业发展的内容和主要途径 ,提出高等学校在该“就业指导中心”的基础上成立职业发展计划辅导委员会 。

The article elaborates the idea that universities should abide by the career development theory and model to guide students from different time and space. It also discusses the content of and approach to vocational development of university students. It points out that universities should establish vocational development plan and guide committee based on 'employment guiding center' to guarantee the efficiency of guide work.
