摘要
对顶棚过热器试运行过程中发生的多起过热管破裂问题性质、原因及防治措施进行了试验分析 ,认为上述裂纹属碱洗过程中引发的碱 (NaOH)应力腐蚀开裂。对发生问题的过热器弯管段 ,采用焊完片弯管前、后作消应力热处理 ,解决了上述应力腐蚀开裂问题。
Character,cause and preventive measure of top-superheater tube rupture in test run were studied in this paper. The result showed that above cracks is alkali stress corrosion crack occurring in alkali washing. By means of relieving stress heat treatment after fin-tubes to be welded and before and after tube to bended, above cracking problem had been solved.
