Aesthetics characteristics of bridges are discussed from such aspects as uniformity, stability, proportion and rhythm of the structures. Aesthetics expression techniques of bridge structural design are studied taking some beam bridges, arch bridges, cable-stayed bridges and suspension bridges for examples.
