To achieve the optimization of teaching resources in higher occupational education, it is a must to stress the principles of maximal efficiency, centralized supplying, double winning, preferential development, and sustaining development. And the implementation of these principles should be based on the consensus strategies of establishing good atmosphere, regulation strategies of perfecting management system, reform strategies of strengthening teaching reform, the development strategies of optimizing the resources orders, the evaluation strategies of making use of supervision.
