摘要 采用文献综述法,对近年来肌肉营养因子和运动对肌肉营养因子影响的研究现状进行综述。发现研究运动与肌肉营养因子之间的关系主要集中在运动与生长激素穴GH雪及胰岛素样生长因子穴IGFs雪的关系上,这不仅有助于提高人生长激素穴hGH雪等兴奋剂的检测水平,而且可进一步阐明运动导致骨骼肌、心肌肥大的分子生物学机制。 By using documentary method,this article reviewed the present researching situation of various myotrophic factors in recent years and the effects of exercise on the myotrophic factors.It was found that researches on the relationships between exerci-se and myotrophic factors mainly focused on relationships among exercise,growth hormone (GH) and insulin-like growth factors(IGFs). The significance of studies was to increase the level of examining the hGH abuse and explore the biological mechanisms of exercise on skeletal muscle and cardiac hypertrophy.
