摘要
近年对壳聚糖的研究表明,它在抗癌、预防癌细胞转移、抗辐射、吸附重金属离子、提高机体免疫功能、降低胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)等方面发挥着巨大的作用,故被广泛用来治疗糖尿病、高血压、心脑血管等疾病,被誉为人类第六生命要素,是一种可以开发的新型运动保健品。本文就近年来壳聚糖研究进展做一综述。
The researches on chitosan in recent years indicated that chitosan has played an important role on resisting cancer, preventing cancer cells transferring, contradicting radiation, absorbing heavy metalion, improving organism immunity, reducing TC and TG. So chitosan is applied to treat diabetes, high blood pressure, cordis and cerebrovascular disease. Therefore, it is named as the sixth life element and will become a new prospecting sports sanitarian food. The article is to write a review on some studies and researches about chitosan in recent years.
