摘要
文章采用参与式观察法,对参与性实用技术创新研究过程中参与者(农民和专业研究人员)的需求、动机和行为进行了观察,并从心理学和行为学角度进行分析,初步提出确保农民和研究工作者主动参与的动力机制和约束机制,以期为参与式项目研究和管理提供方法论层面的指导。
By means of participatory observation, the paper studies the different stakeholders' (farmers and scholars) different demands, motivation and behaviors from perspectives of psychology and behavior science. An elementary motivation mechanism and restriction mechanism are formulated aiming to keep the stakeholders' participation passion which can be useful in research and management of participatory items.
