Scientific Developing Attitude is the Scientific Concept of the Ecology Civilization

人类的发展史就是一部人类的文明史。任何先进的文明,在包容了旧文明的精华以后,都无情地摧毁了落后的文明,这几乎是一个不变的规律。同时,文明发展的结果,总是在不断践踏自己所创造的成果,使自己暗淡无光;以至走向穷途末路,这时新的文明就出现了,人类伴随着新的文明又发展了,这就是人类文明发展的足迹。工业文明在创造了人类的辉煌以后,正在用它巨大的创造力摧毁自己,使自己陷入不能自拔的艰难境地,我们迫切需要一种新的文明(生态文明)来替代工业文明,科学发展观就是生态文明的科学理念。

The history of human development is a history of human civilization. The advanced civilization is formed on the base of absorbing the good in the old civilization and destroying the bad. Human develop with the development off new civilization. The industrial civilization is facing the same problem. It is urgent for us to make a new civilization to take the place of the industrial one. The scientific developing attitude is the scientific concept of the ecology civilization.
