低纤型930dtex/2锦纶6浸胶帘布在中小型农业驱动轮胎中的应用

Application of low denier dipped 930dtex/2 nylon 6 cord in medium and small agricultural drive tire

研究 93 0dtex/2锦纶 6浸胶帘布在中小型农业驱动轮胎中的应用。结果表明 ,中小型农业轮胎生产中采用93 0dtex/2V1 锦纶 6浸胶帘布替代 14 0 0dtex/2V2 锦纶 66浸胶帘布为骨架材料 ,相应调整结构参数和工艺条件 ,轮胎的各项性能均符合国家标准要求 ,且轮胎质量减小 ,成本降低。

The application of 930dtex/2 dipped nylon 6 cord in medium and small agricultural drive tire was investigated.The results showed that the tire performance met the requirements of the national standard,the tire mass reduced and the production cost decreased by using dipped 930dtex/2V 1 nylon 6 cord instead of dipped 1400dtex/2V 2 nylon 66 cord as carcass ply in medium and small agricultural drive tire.
